One of the most important parts of a web portfolio is the layout. How do you want your portfolio organized? How do you want your header, footer, and other identification to look? How do you want your photographs to appear across a page? In designing the layout for my portfolio page, I wanted it to be simple and clean. The left side bar contains clean lines and negative space that supports the tabs a focal point. For my portfolio photographs, I wanted to maintain the clean lines while utilizing varying image sizes to create a sense of hierarchy between images. Last but not least, I wanted my contact information to be visible by everyone. So, I included contact information in the top right of the header and social media buttons in the bottom right of the footer.
